Board meetings are open to the public. All meetings take place in our office, at 1175 Revolution Mill Drive, Suite 15, Greensboro, NC 27405 (currently meetings are virtual via Zoom). The meeting begins at 5:30 with an Open Session that the public is welcome to attend. This lasts approximately 30 minutes. Reflecting on her life in her primary language of American Sign Language, Marlee explores the complexities of what it means to be a trailblazer. As a child, filmmaker Shoshannah Stern was inspired to believe that a Deaf woman like herself could pursue a career as an actor after seeing Matlin win her Oscar, making this directorial debut an intimate and honest full-circle moment.
