It's Conference Time!
CSDHH is thrilled to both attend and sponsor NCRID's annual Conference and NCAD’s biannual Conference!
These are always wonderful opportunities to network with colleagues, agencies, and organizations from around the state. A HUGE thank you to the NCRID and NCAD Conference planning committees for the hard work and thankless dedication you all have shown in planning such great events!

Interpreting
CSDHH handles around 24,000 hours of interpreting per year, both around the greater triad area as well as state-wide.
We’re unique in that we are consumer-experience focused, wanting their experience and quality of service to be the primary deciding factor when scheduling interpreting services, and we prioritize having strong, collaborative relationships with our interpreters.
We would love to hear from you!
Captioning
In addition to providing Interpreting services, CSDHH also provides captioning services (such as CART or CAN) to people with hearing loss who don't use sign language. We coordinate one-time as well as on-going captioning assignments, and can provide captioning live in-person or remotely anywhere.
If you know someone who could use captioning services, or know a CART provider, encourage them to contact us!
Newsletter
The best way to stay involved with CSDHH and our various events is to sign up for our monthly email newsletter. We won't fill up your inbox with emails, just the occasional message letting you know about events we have going on!
Sign Language Classes
Are you always being asked 'Where can I take sign language classes?'
CSDHH offers quality community sign language classes in Greensboro. We’ve offered classes for over 40 years, and have served almost 1,000 students in the last 5 years!
Interested in private classes at your business or agency? Want to talk about sign language classes in other cities?
Events
CSDHH hosts a number of events in the community, and we also partner with other agencies to host and publicize events.
We maintain an events calendar with all of the events we host, as well as other events that are relevant to our community; if you’ve got an event you’d like us to consider publicizing, let us know! Check out some of the great events we’ve had, and see what's going on soon!
T.A.G. Mentoring Program
Our T.A.G. Mentoring Program is a wonderful, unique program serving Deaf/Hard of Hearing/DeafBlind school-age children, pairing them with a mentor for socialization and mentoring opportunities.
T.A.G. is currently active in Guilford, Forsyth, Alamance, Davidson, and Chatham counties.
