CSDHH has been providing interpreting services to customers in Greensboro and across the state since 1975. We work with skilled, professional, dedicated interpreters and can help you provide equitable communication access. We arrange both on-site and video remote interpreting services.

General Info

Interpreting Services are a paid service aligning with the federal requirements for accessibility that are outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act. Usually, the business, provider, host, or organization is responsible for securing and paying for interpreting services.

Next Steps

  • New Customer (that’s you) submits initial request form below

  • CSDHH provides electronic link for customer to complete Policies and Agreement Packet

  • Customer reviews and completes Policies and Agreement packet

  • CSDHH completes Policies and Agreement packet

  • CSDHH emails finalized copy of Policies and Agreement Packet to the customer

  • Customer forwards Vendor registration and BAA to CSDHH for signatures (if applicable)

  • Customer provides finalized assignment information to CSDHH

  • CSDHH schedules and confirms interpreter(s) with customer

  • CSDHH invoices customer within 2-3 weeks after the event

  • Customer pays invoice within 30 days
