On Tuesday, April 4 from 3:00pm - 7:00pm the Guilford County School system will host a free event for families and parents of students with disabilities, to provide resources, referrals, and information. This event would be beneficial both to middle school students transitioning to high school, as well as high school students who are soon graduating, and may not be planning to attend college but instead looking for employment opportunities, supported living situations teaching independent living skills, or other local resources.

We hope you will consider taking advantage of this once-a-year opportunity in support of your middle or high school student. This event is open to any parent or family of students with disabilities, whether the student or parents are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or Hearing.
